Our journey in the restaurant industry is built on passion, experience, and dedication. Benjamin, originally from France, opened his first fine dining restaurant at the age of 24, after training and working alongside renowned chefs. Over the years, he went on to create and manage nearly ten successful restaurants, both in France and Thailand, from bistros to gastronomic venues and chef’s tables. At 30, he moved to Thailand, where he has spent the last decade developing innovative concepts, leading renovations, designing menus, and training teams to deliver excellence.

Julnika, born and raised in Thailand, brings the essential balance with her expertise in administration and operations. She ensures that every project runs smoothly, taking care of company setup, licensing, and the many details that allow a business to grow with confidence. Together, we offer a complete, turnkey consulting service for anyone who wants to open a restaurant in Phuket or beyond. With our combined skills, creative, operational, and administrative we help transform visions into profitable and lasting businesses.
